3.1 Consent
Access to and use of the Platform are subject to full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. By registering, the User declares that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
Pursuant to Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, the User specifically approves the following clauses: Art. 7.4 (account suspension and closure); Art. 8.2 (assumption of risk); Art. 8.3 (exclusion of liability); Art. 11.1 ("as is" service); Art. 11.2 (exclusion of liability); Art. 11.3 (indemnification); Art. 14.2 (jurisdiction).
3.2 Legal capacity
The User declares that they are at least 14 years of age. Providing one's date of birth is mandatory at registration. The Platform automatically refuses registration of persons under 14 years of age, in accordance with Art. 2-quinquies of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (minimum age for digital consent in Italy) and Art. 8 of the GDPR.
Users aged between 14 and 17 declare, at the time of registration, that they have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform and to the processing of their personal data.
Venue Users declare that they have the necessary authority to bind the legal entity or business they represent.
3.3 Changes to the Terms
Bravo6 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to the User with at least 30 days' notice by email to the address associated with the account and/or by in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If the User does not accept the changes, they may stop using the Platform and request account deletion.
4. Account and Registration
4.1 Account creation
To use the Platform's features, an account must be created by providing:
- a valid email address;
- a password;
- first and last name;
- date of birth;
- a username (unique identifier on the Platform);
- a callsign (in-game nickname).
The User undertakes to provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information. The use of false or third-party identities constitutes a violation of these Terms.
4.2 Account security
The User is solely responsible for the safekeeping of their login credentials and for all activities carried out through their account. In the event of unauthorised access or suspected compromise, the User must promptly notify info@bravo6.app.
4.3 Account types
The Platform offers two types of account:
Player Account — free of charge, intended for players. Allows searching for events, participating, creating events, chatting with other players and receiving a Rank.
Venue Account — intended for sporting facility operators. Requires a paid subscription (except for the Free plan) and allows registering venues and fields, managing bookings and communicating with Event organisers.
5. Use of the Platform by Players
5.1 Profile and public data
The Player creates a profile containing information visible to other Platform users, including: username, callsign, avatar, bio, tactical role, primary weapon, preferred camo, Rank, experience points (XP) and Event attendance rate. The Player acknowledges and accepts that such information is publicly visible within the Platform.
5.2 Rank system
The Rank is a skill indicator for the Player, calculated based on votes cast by other participants at the end of each Event. The Rank system has the following characteristics:
- the Player starts as "Unranked" and receives their first Rank after 3 Events with votes received;
- the Rank is separate for each Tactical Sport;
- the Rank is calculated using the mode (most frequent vote) of votes received in the Event;
- the Rank is publicly visible on the Player's profile.
Bravo6 does not guarantee the accuracy or fairness of the Rank system, as it is based on subjective assessments by other players.
5.3 Attendance rate
The attendance rate is the percentage of Events in which the Player actually participated compared to those they registered for. Absences are recorded exclusively by the hosting Venue and carry different weights depending on the circumstances (early cancellation, complete absence, rescheduled event). The attendance rate is publicly visible on the Player's profile.
5.4 Participation in Events
Participation in an Event through the Platform does not constitute a contract between the Player and Bravo6, but rather a direct arrangement between the Player and the hosting Venue and/or the Event Host. The Player is required to comply with the Venue's regulations and any specific Event rules.
5.5 Equipment rental
Some Venues offer rental equipment that can be selected when joining an Event. Rental is a direct arrangement between the Player and the Venue. Bravo6 is not responsible for the quality, safety or availability of rental equipment.
6. Use of the Platform by Venues
6.1 Venue registration
The Venue may register one or more sporting facilities on the Platform, providing: name, address, contact details, description, images, available fields with their characteristics (capacity, type, pricing, hours, supported sport, indoor/outdoor setting).
The Venue represents and warrants that the information provided is truthful and up to date, and that the facility complies with applicable regulations regarding safety, hygiene and administrative authorisations.
6.2 Subscription plans
Use of the Platform by Venues is subject to subscribing to a plan. Available plans are:
| Plan | Monthly price | Key features |
|---|---|---|
| Free | €0 | 1 venue, 1 field, 5 lobbies, 1 staff member |
| Starter | €29/month* | 1 venue, 3 fields, 15 lobbies, 1 staff member |
| Growth | €59/month* | 3 venues, 8 fields, 40 lobbies, 3 staff members |
| Premium | €99/month* | 10 venues, 20 fields, unlimited lobbies, unlimited staff |
*Prices shown refer to the promotional launch rate and may vary. Current prices are always available on the Platform. Annual subscriptions include a discount compared to the monthly rate.
6.3 Payments and billing
Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment service provider. Bravo6 does not directly store credit card or payment method data. Billing occurs on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.
6.4 Failed payment and downgrade
In the event of a failed payment:
- the subscription status changes to "past due" with a 7-day grace period during which the Venue receives a notification by email;
- if the grace period expires without payment, the subscription is automatically downgraded to the Free plan;
- the downgrade may result in the deactivation of venues, fields and features exceeding the Free plan limits.
6.5 Subscription cancellation
The Venue may cancel their subscription at any time through the subscription management section of the Platform. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. After cancellation, the account is downgraded to the Free plan.
6.6 Communication with organisers
The Venue may send messages to the Event chat. Such messages are visible to all Event participants. Only the Event Host may reply directly to the Venue. The Venue does not have access to private messages exchanged between participants.
6.7 Result Guarantee — first year
This guarantee applies exclusively to the first year of use of the Platform by the Venue (12 months from the date of activation of the first paid subscription) and is not renewable.
Refund condition. The Venue is entitled to a refund of the full amount paid in the preceding 12 months if the economic revenue generated through the Platform is less than the annual cost of the Starter plan in effect at the time of subscription activation. Revenue is calculated by Bravo6 based on completed bookings made through the Platform (field price × session duration × number of participants confirmed by the Venue). The refund applies regardless of the plan subscribed to by the Venue, but the reference threshold is always the annual cost of the Starter plan. Accordingly, a Venue whose revenue through Bravo6 exceeds the annual cost of the Starter plan is not entitled to a refund, even if such revenue is less than the cost of the plan actually subscribed to.
Active use. The refund is conditional on active and continuous use of the Platform throughout the full 12-month period. The assessment of active use is made by Bravo6 at its sole discretion. By way of non-exhaustive example, the following are considered indicators of active use:
- regular access to the platform (at least once per week);
- publication and ongoing maintenance of at least one field with current hours and pricing;
- timely response to booking requests received;
- promotion of the Venue's presence on Bravo6 among its customers and gaming community (for example through QR code posters provided by the Platform, communication on the Venue's social media channels, informing players who frequent the venue);
- recording of attendance and absences of Event participants.
A Venue that does not actively use the Platform or does not promote its presence on Bravo6 is not entitled to a refund.
Procedure. The refund request must be sent to info@bravo6.app within 14 (fourteen) days of the completion of the twelfth month from the date of subscription activation. Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted. Bravo6 verifies the conditions and processes the refund within 30 working days of receiving the request.
Exclusions. The guarantee does not apply in the following cases: (a) the Venue has breached these Terms of Service during the reference period; (b) the subscription was suspended or terminated due to non-payment; (c) the Venue provided false or misleading information during registration or use of the Platform; (d) the Venue did not meet the active use requirements at Bravo6's sole discretion.

Bravo6 does not carry out prior review of user-generated content, but reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or that is the subject of a report.

- violates these Terms or applicable law;
- provides false or misleading information;

Temporary suspension entails the inability to access the Platform for a determined period. Account closure entails the permanent inability to access the Platform. In both cases, the User will be informed upon access of the reasons for the measure and the contact details for further information.
During suspension or after closure, the User may not create a new account without authorisation from Bravo6.
8. Risks Associated with Tactical Sports
8.1 Nature of Tactical Sports

9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Rights of Bravo6
The Platform, including the name "Bravo6", the logo, design, source code, database structure, original texts and graphic elements, are the exclusive property of the Controller and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
9.2 User content
The User retains ownership of content they publish on the Platform (bio, avatar, messages, images). By publishing content on the Platform, the User grants Bravo6 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable licence to use, reproduce and display such content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. This licence terminates automatically upon deletion of the content or the User's account.
